Duffy To Play First Romanian Concert

This June Duffy will perform live for the first time ever in Romania.

Duffy is headlining the Orange PrePay Party, which will take place at the H20 Beach on June 26th in Romania's most popular seaside resort, Mamaia.

I hoped Duffy'd win as best singer for the Brit Awards: she actually did and I'm so glad, she has a special, such a remarkable voice!

By the way, her dress was lovely: not only the bright color that suits her very well, but also the fine quality material that made her look better than ever. She definitely had the classy appearance of a winner!


Duffy Triumphs At The BRITs

Last night Duffy was honoured with no less than three awards at the BRIT Awards 2009 ceremony - more than any other artist.

Duffy was awarded Best British Female Solo Artist, Best British Breakthrough Act and Best British Album for the momentous 'Rockferry'.

Duffy sang live at MTV Europe Music Awards: and how she performed!!! Despite her hoarse funny voice when she speaks, when it comes to singing she's just unbelievable. In addition to that, she looked great: a naughty black dress leving a lot of skin exposed, but quite refined:

What an atmosphere: how about that red light!Red & black do wonders!
I'll certainly be back with videos of her, some of them are so moving........

 I'm looking forward to her new projects! She's admirable!
I usually like Beyonce's outfits, but this time her singing was the only aspect I've really appreciated: it's one of her new songs: "If I were a boy" and she performed it live very good!

Duffy is fabulous--don't expect a ravishing beauty. Her voice is so special: full of strength, sensuality, a bit ironic. It draws one's attention instantly-- you get to long to listen to her over and over again: vibrating with shattering melancholy in sad songs, or vibrating with energy in dance songs. She can really make you feel what the lyrics points out. How about her looks: just watch her: she brings to the present the retro style, so simple, though so moving. She imposes on the public by her simplicity so soulful... Enjoy watching her latest video and decide for yourself!Her videos are well directed and she is quite expressive; I've actually learned that many songs tell stories similar to those she had experienced, so there's no wonder she can "communicate " her true feelings so strongly...



I simply couldn't help myself: you've probably heard her hit "Mercy"-- it's absolutely great and the video has the same retro style like the one above. What a vocal technique!!!
